THE SPARK:
A couple years ago when I started minibrownie, which by the way began as a simple late-night desperate chocolate-fix for my wife, I began what has become an all-out-love-affair with brownies. Little did I know that a little begging would lead me down the path to my own business.

BROWNIES?
In truth, I didn't know much about brownies being from Spain. They are truly an all-American treat. But what I did know was that I liked the idea that I could create my own type of brownie. Immediately I liked the idea of small. Two bites and you're done. I also liked the idea that they should be rich and fudgy, not cake-like. And I liked the idea that by adding a layer of ganache or airy marshmallow on top, we could give the brownies a whole new dimension and create something unique and extremely delicious. The response was instantly positive and overwhelming. I knew I was on to something.

IF A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS:
The concept of customizing the brownies came later. By accident I was experimenting with marshmallow for the warmer months when shipping becomes a bit more challenging. I knew there had to be a way to make them fun and unforgettable. The photo idea popped into my head, and after some trial and error, I found the perfect way to execute my concept.

LET THEM EAT BROWNIES:
Our initial orders featured images of cats, dogs, babies, smiling friends and family. Not long after the wedding and event requests started coming, and since we all love parties, we decided to create a box that holds 2 custom minibrownies for the most unexpected wedding favor imaginable! We hope you like it as much as we do.
